Gauteng orders are delivered by driver or via courier services.

Courier services are used to deliver orders in other regions.

We check every order and make every effort to ensure that products leave us in perfect condition.

Please take care when opening packages, especially when using box cutters to open boxes as the contents can easily be damaged if the knife cuts too deep.

 

If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us within 7 days and we will either repair it, replace it, or credit your account, subject to the below terms.

• This policy does not apply to sale goods, custom manufactured, or branded goods unless they are defective.

• You are responsible for freight charges unless the product is defective.

• You can return an unwanted product to us, provided it is undamaged and unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached; it is in the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition with all seals still intact (if applicable).

• We will choose to replace/repair or refund at our discretion.

• Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will either replace the product or credit your account with the purchase price of the product within 10 days of the return (or refund you if that is your preference).
